Poker Power

What kind of player are you? Do you enjoy the excitement of Pai Gow or the high-rolling stakes of Cyberstud? Whichever your poker game of choice, it pays to understand basic strategy.

Three Card Poker

Three-card poker is actually two games in one. You can bet on one or both.

Game One

The dealer's hand doesn't come into play at all; you are paid out odds according to the cards you draw and the paytable on your screen, which is based on the one used in Las Vegas and is most favorable to players.

Game Two

After making an ante bet and being dealt three cards you must either play or fold. If you fold, you lose your ante bet. If you play, the dealer's cards are revealed. The dealer qualifies if queen high or better is drawn. You win your ante back at 1 - 1 and your play bets are returned if the dealer does not qualify. If the dealer qualifies but has a weaker hand then your own, you win the ante and play bets at 1 - 1.
